Oregon Youth Line

A phone line for youth in crisis to talk to other youth. You can call, text, chat, or email in times where you really just need someone to talk to and they can help. It is a 24 hour hotline, though adults will answer when youth are not available. They are not specifically LGBTQ+ focused, but it is one of the areas where they can provide assistance.

DEQH Desi LGBTQ+ Helpline for South Asians

LGBTQ+ hotline that serve people of South Asian heritage, including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Burma, India, the Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Tibet, as well as from South Asian communities in diaspora, such as Fiji and the Caribbean.
